At Indian Royal Sarees, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering premium quality sarees and ethnic collections. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are processed.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is mandatory.
- Sarees must not be altered, stitched, or customized.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or blouse-stitched sarees
- Sale or clearance products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos and unboxing video for verification.
- After approval, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error.
- In case of prepaid orders, refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Shipping
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Customers may request a return after delivery as per return eligibility.
6. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for:
- Size or product-related issues (if applicable)
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged products
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
