We currently deliver sarees and ethnic wear products across India.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on eligible orders above a specified amount (if applicable).
- Standard shipping charges will be displayed during checkout for other orders.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error (wrong or damaged product delivered).

- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability:
- The package may be returned to us by the courier partner
- Re-shipping charges may apply for sending the order again
